Family Night

We our move back to South Carolina quickly approaching we decided to take an evening for some good old fashion family time.  Kevin took off with the kids in the jogging stroller and added a few extra miles to our run than I did to get to our final destination, Mini golf!

Chase has been asking to play mini golf since he got to play with his Gramie and Papaw last spring.  He really impressed us with his golfing skills. Chase matched my first put almost exactly (I’m blue and he is green).

With a little bit of instruction Leah proved to be a pretty good little golfer as well.

Chase even made the shot through the windmill.

We made it though an impressive 16 of 18 holes and would have made it though more if we would have eaten dinner before we started.  Both kids were devastated when their balls disappeared at the 18th hold.  A little picnic dinner filled up their bellies and helped the world become a better place.  On our way back home the world became an even better place with a little pit stop.

Good thing we got our exercise getting to the mini golf!
