Chase definitely has a sweet tooth and there is no denying that he gets it from his parents. Kevin and I are loving this age in which Chase gets to have fun collecting candy and we get to have fun eating it :). Needless to say we have been looking for as many candy collecting opportunities as possible. Saturday afternoon downtown Farmington was was hosting trick or treating at all the businesses. We quickly got the kiddo's dressed up and headed out for some fun.
Chase was going to be a fireman for Halloween. We had the hat portion of the costume and my friend Lindsay was letting us borrow the rest but I had not gotten it from her as of Saturday so luckily Chase had been given this Police man costume from his friend Josh that used to live next door to us. Thanks JOSH! We decided for this occasion we would put Leah in Chase's old doggie costume.
Most of the shops downtown had someone posted outside handing out candy. There were a lot of kids walking around so it was fun to see all the cute costumes.
It was a beautiful afternoon to be out and about and the kids had a lot of fun walking around and getting us... errr, I mean them some candy.
And one last picture of the K-9 cop and his faithful pup!
