Zoo

I am playing blog catch up so hang in there with me. A couple of weeks ago we had an unusually warm Saturday in January.



It was a beautiful day and we decided to take advantage of the day with some friends at the Detroit zoo.






Some "new" friends decided to join us for lunch.






I am not a bird person so these friends didn't make me too happy. Long story short, my mom traumatized me with some seagulls and goldfish crackers in my youth.












We had a great time seeing the animals and hanging out with friends. We also enjoyed the break in the cold weather and are now ready for more cold with some snow!
