We have now been in our house for over 6 weeks and even though we were unpacked within the first week there seems to be a never ending TO DO list that keeps us from feeling settled. Luckily for us last weekend we had some very helpful visitors come by and lend a hand.
Grammie and Papaw came down for a visit and we put them to work. Papaw helped Kevin demo/gut our master bath to get it prepared for our upcoming renovation and Grammie sewed a curtain for our laundry room to hide our furnace and other unsightly objects. Moral of the story-you may want to think twice about coming to visit us for a while. Just kidding! There was a little time to play as well.
The weekend went by way to fast as most fun weekends do but we had a great time with Grammie and Papaw and really appreciated the extra help around the house!

Uh oh, is this a glimpse into my future when we visit in August? :) In that last picture, it looks like John's hailing a cab. Guess he was ready to get the heck outta Dodge before he had to do more work! :)
And Grammie in capri's?... I don't think I've EVER seen her legs!!
