In case you didn't know Greenville SC has a 'AA' Hockey team called the Greenville Road Warriors. Back in March we bought a family pack of tickets which included hot dogs, drinks, chips, and a gift for the kids. The kids had never been to a hockey game so they were excited to see what it was all about.
We left Henley at home with my Mom (thanks Mom!) knowing that all she would want to do is try to crawl up and down the stairs. The kids loved their dinner at the game. They really don't care much for hot dogs but I guess eating them at a Hockey game makes them taste that much better. The game was full of excitement including a couple of all out fights and lots of slamming into the boards. The kids loved it.
I loved the snacks and dippin dots! I guess the kids did too. The kids put on their mean faces and became real hockey players...
And after the game there was a free concert so we stayed a little while and let the kids run around and dance in the isles. It was a really fun time and we look forward to more events like this one!
